Since the overturning of Roe v. Wade, Many Red States has strengthened its anti-choice laws, making it harder and more dangerous to receive an abortion. Jerlilia is committed to protecting and reproductive health, rights, and justice. She believes unequivocally, like the majority of Americans, that every woman should have access to quality reproductive health care services, including safe and legal abortion.

  useless if a patient can’t find a

  hospital or a doctor that is willing  

  to treat them. In order to support

  accessibility to everyone, Jerlilia is

  committed to preserving and

  protecting the Affordable Care Act

  and making sure its accessible for

  everyone.  In 2024 we must focus  

  on expanding Medicare drug price  

  cuts, Make enhanced federal

  premiums subsidies permanent,

  and expand Medicaid.  Jerlilia is

  committed to help make these

  changes fo the American people.

Jerlilia believes it is time our Country take sensible action to address the gun violence epidemic plaguing America. While responsible gun ownership is part of many communities, too many families in our state have suffered from gun violence. She will ensure gun policies are enforced at the state level, that assault style weapons and large capacity magazines are banned, and every gun owner is licensed, and firearm is registered.

California has the largest homeless population in the nation. The most reported reason for the homeless problems is because of the shortage of affordable housing and emergency shelter.  I believe the best way to prevent homelessness is developing strategies that work. Strategies that provide support for people to stay in their homes, Interim housing, Outreach programs, and permanent housing. Ending homelessness is a big challenge and will take big investments.

Jerlilia will commit that she will be that one member of congress that will work across the aisle  put in Putting in place a policy that pursue an end to violence and discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristic. We as a democracy must continue to advance LGBTQ equality, so that we can undo harm caused during generations of discriminations. 

    Nearly 70% of US residents  

    believe that the economy is  

    getting worse not better.  We

    have to change that way of

    thinking and give them that

    hope again to where they

    don’t have to worrying about

    not paying their mortgage,

    or putting food on their

    tables, or medical expenses.  

    We need to continue to

    lower food and gas prices,  

    higher wages that are in line

    with the economy.  Most of

    the economic concerns that

    American have relates to the 

    economy in general and

    inflation.  These are issues

    congress must focus on.

 She stands for just immigration reform, and  is committed to fixing the nation’s broken system, improving border security, and treating immigrants humanely. Jerlilia will work tirelessly for refugee population by increasing funding to Refugee Services and subsidizing refugee support programs. We are a nation of immigrants, and by treating all people who come here with dignity and respect.

The beat way to tackle climate change and protect the environment, we must take major action to reduce emissions. We must reduce the flow of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.   Jerlilia understands that  If we stopped emitting greenhouse gases today, the rise of global temperatures would begin to flatten within a few years.
